When placing your order, please ensure all billing and shipping details are correctly provided. Once a delivery has shipped we are unable to re-direct packages and unable to take responsibility for lost packages that have been signed for as being received.

Coronavirus service update: Our online store is open as usual, but deliveries might be slower than normal. For UK and International deliveries, we are following up to date advice from our courier DHL, they have put in place policies for accepting parcels contact-free. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirmation containing your delivery tracking number with an estimated delivery window. A signature will be required upon delivery of your order. All of our delivery windows are estimates only and once the courier has collected the item, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Please note that in certain areas of the UK and Europe, only a limited range of delivery services is available. We will endeavour to dispatch your order as quickly as possible but we cannot be held responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or weather conditions.

We have teamed up with Harper Concierge to offer you an exclusive shopping experience in the comfort of your home. Try on Mary Katrantzou pieces in the comfort of your own home, with payment taken only for the pieces you choose to keep. Select an appointment time convenient for you for a Harper Mary Katrantzou specialist to visit your delivery address with your selection. Choose if you are happy trying on the piece solo or if you would like complimentary assistance with trying on the pieces. Whether you’d like a second opinion or simply a little help with zips, your Harper x Mary Katrantzou specialist would be happy to come in and assist. Whether trying solo or opting for additional assistance, you will have 40 minutes to find your perfect Mary Katrantzou piece. Pay at the end of your appointment for only the items you wish to keep. Once you have found your perfect piece, your specialist will take payment by card (Amex accepted) with unsuitable items taken away and returned by the Harper Concierge Team.

We offer free returns* and collection at your doorstep by our courier services, for all orders above £450 / 500€ / $600

*Kindly note our free-returns policy does not apply to pre-orders or any items that are on sale. Any return postage costs arranged with our courier will be deducted from your refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

For orders below £450 / 500€ / $600 the customer is responsible for shipping costs for returning the item via a trackable shipping service. Shipping costs are non-refundable and the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please notify us via email of your intent to return within 30 days of receipt of your purchase for full price items and 14 days of receipt for discounted items. Returns received outside of this window or without notification may be rejected by our team. To arrange a return, please:

  • Notify our team via email of your intent to return by emailing us at
  • Complete the returns paperwork and include in return package.
  • Our shipping team will arrange the return delivery with our courier services and will email instructions to book the return pick up and all required paperwork for your return shipment.
  • All our returns are collected at your doorstep by our courier services, no need for unnecessary trips to the post office.


You may also elect to use your own return shipping service. We strongly recommend that you notify our team of any shipment tracking details and insure the return shipment as we are unable to accept responsibility for any loss or damage incurred during transit to our warehouse.

The following conditions must be met for the return to be accepted and the refund processed:

  • Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • Item(s) must be returned the original condition received. All garment tags must still be attached and any packaging provided (shoe boxes, dust bags etc.) is considered part of the product and must be returned to receive a refund.
  • Items that have been returned without garment tags or seals will not be accepted.
  • Item(s) must be returned in the original packaging they were sent to ensure that products are received undamaged.

If the conditions as detailed above are not met for any returned items we shall notify you by e-mail. In such a case, you may have the option to have the products returned to you at your expense. If you refuse to accept the return delivery, we reserve the right to retain the products and the amount paid for the original order. At this time, we are unable to process exchanges directly and recommend customers arrange a return and refund for their original purchase and re-purchase replacement items directly on the site.


We endeavour to assess and accept refunds within 3 business days of their arrival to our warehouse. Once your return has been accepted, you will receive an email confirmation of the refund being processed. Please note that payment may take up to 10 business days to be received and that we are only able to process refunds to the original card of purchase.

Your refund will be processed minus any original delivery and shipping charges selected at the time of purchase.

As the responsibility for any customs or import duties and taxes lies with the customer, is unable to refund any charges incurred upon delivery of the order. However, you may be able to recover these costs by contacting your local customs bureau directly. If you deny delivery of the package, duties and taxes payments will not be refunded. We recommend customers contact their local authorities for any further information regarding these payments.
